CMM Property Consultancy was established in 1985 and has its head office in Lusaka. Our firm is a member of the Valuation Surveyors Regulation Board, Surveyors Institute of Zambia and the Institute of Estate Agents, which provide guidelines regarding the conduct and professional ethics of registered valuation surveyors and Estate agents .

PROPERTY VALUATION
The firm has been retained to value a wide variety of fixed property assets and chattels for various purposes such as sale and or acquisition, loan, collateral, probate, rental, insurance, mortgage, and balance sheet/ company accounts purposes.
ESTATE AGENCY
The firm has been instructed on the sale and letting of a variety of commercial, Industrial, residential and Agricultural properties throughout Zambia.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have been retained as project managers on a number of development projects. We aim to provide a focused approach to manage develop projects to the best standards.
FEASIBILITY AND VIABILITY APPRAISALS
As property investment, we are in a position to undertake feasibility and viability appraisals of property development projects on behalf of our clients. We advise clients on the highest and best use of land for development purposes as well as the levels of return on property investment compared to other investment opportunities prevailing on financial and capital markets.
